The controller is Mascia Luciani, owner of the ONBOARD CLUB brand, Via Castellano 1572, 63811 Sant’Elpidio a Mare (FM), Italy. Italian tax code: LCNMSC79D45I324Y. Email: almasnautico@gmail.com. VAT number (P.IVA): it will be added as soon as available.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files or identifiers that a website may use for technical functions, preference storage, measurement or marketing. Technologies such as localStorage may perform similar functions without being traditional cookies.
3. Necessary technologies currently used
The website uses local storage to save the user’s cookie-preference choice, so it can remember whether the user accepted, rejected or customised the available categories. This is necessary to avoid repeatedly showing the same request and to respect the user’s choice.
Technical technologies necessary for security, page delivery, form management and operation of the hosting infrastructure may also be used.
4. Analytics and marketing
As of the last update, the ONBOARD CLUB website code does not contain Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or third-party advertising tags that load automatically. The “Analytics” and “Marketing” categories in the preference panel are prepared for possible future integrations and should not be taken as evidence that those tools are currently present.
If non-essential analytics or marketing tools are activated in the future, this Cookie Policy will be updated and those tools will be loaded only in accordance with the applicable consent rules.
5. Managing preferences
On your first visit you can accept, reject or customise non-essential categories. Your choice is stored locally on your device. If new tools requiring consent are introduced, you may be asked to set your preferences again where necessary.
6. External services
The website is hosted on Netlify infrastructure and may use technical services connected with website delivery and form management. Providers may process technical data under their respective notices and terms.
Stripe may be used for payments for products with an active checkout. Any technologies used by Stripe on its own payment page or infrastructure are also governed by the provider’s notices.
7. Changing or deleting preferences
Preferences stored in the browser can be changed through the tools made available by the website, when present, or by deleting website data from the browser settings. Deleting preferences may cause the banner to appear again.
8. Updates
This page is updated when the technologies used by the website change. For information about the processing of personal data, see the Privacy Policy.
