No. The standard licence is personal and covers one purchaser and one vessel.

Yes. Paid Excel products include initial onboarding support to help configure the file correctly, understand its main functions and review technical issues attributable to the delivered product.
It does not include data entry or reconstruction, ongoing management consultancy, unlimited training, new functions, customisation or issues caused by external changes and incompatible environments. These activities may be assessed separately.
Yes. ONBOARD CLUB assesses bespoke Excel dashboards and tools according to the objectives, available data, KPIs and operating workflow. Following an initial review, the scope, delivery time and separate quotation are defined.
